Remote control bought 3 months ago, the volume button no longer works

Buonasera, il 21 dicembre ho acquistato un telecomando originale presso Amazon. A tre mesi dall'acquisto non funziona più il tasto del volume, siccome presumo sia in garanzia volevo avere informazioni
