Rejoining Sky but need to speak to someone
I left sky last year and thinking of rejoining but I need to speak to someone as i have the dish and all equipment so i don't need an engioneer visit etc.
It seems impossible to speak to a human on Live Chat is that correct? Is it only a vitrual assistant now?

Hi @DT1221 You will need to call SKY and talk to an advisor if you want to rejoin SKY as it will be their decision if you need an engineer visit or not, and you will need to set up a new contract.
I used to have superpowers… But a therapist took them away.

ok thanks, but this isn't possible on Live Chat? Seems odd that Sky have removed the facility to do this

As an aside, you now have to have been away from Sky for 18 months (previously 12) before you're classed as a new customer if that influences your decision.
You won't have all the equipment as you should have returned your Sky Q boxes when you terminated the previous subscription. If you didn't keep your viewing card make sure you tell Sky as they will have expected you to have kept it for this very reason.
