Red button not working and recordings which are UHD WILL NOT PLAY ON MY TV

Received a replacement mini box from Sky a couple of weeks ago. My recordings in UHD will not play on the tv and also the red button will not work. If I press it nothing happens. The other TV's work fine.

The TV in question is a Panasonic.

UHD recording/viewing is not possible on a mini box.

How do I record my Sky F1 channel which showing as UHD but this will not play on he upstairs TV. How do I record F1 in SD?

You can record F1 in HD on channel 857

Hi @YPL   You record in HD (channel 857). I always record in both UHD and HD so I can watch on the Mini box if needed. I also have both UHD & HD in my favourites.

In what way not available - not listed ? or showing a problem ? 

If it is not listed just look for SKY F1 HD  in the listings

Just realised if you are looking on the mini box tyhe F1 HD channel will show as 406 on it so set from the mini box or look for 857 on the main box
