Recordings only available on main Q box, not minis or SkyGo

Hi, We've recorded 3 netball matches from a 'series', all on sky sports but different channels. One is only available to watch on the main Q box, it shows the error message "The content you have selected cannot be played on this device" and will not play via SkyGo. The one that won't work was on sky sports main event if that makes a difference, the others were on sports+ and sports mix.

It's annoying as the main Q box isn't in our living room and is only used occasionally.

any ideas?

Sounds like they are UHD that isn't supported on mini's or Go?

Thank you for the quick explanation, it looks like you're spot on. I'd never have worked that out by myself! I guess we need to be careful when using the main Q box to record things, thanks again.

If you need to watch on minis then record/download HD only.

Will do - a bit of a flaw in the system/process but I now understand it and can manage that.  Cheers for your help.
