Recordings not linking together or showing thumbnails

Just had this happen with episodes of White Collar on Alibi Channel. Current episode airing right now is not stacked with the others and showing a blank thumbnail (also lost the series link for it, in fact none are setting for Alibi Channel at the minute) 

I remember the blank thumbnail issue happening I think October 2023 and the general consensus was that it could be a meta data issue. It was resolved but I don't remember how
