So my recordings aren't all linking together so I have 5 different thumbnails for the same programme and also it is only showing blank boxes and not picture of programmes? The settings all look correct and I've switched box off to reset but still the same ... I know not life changing but it's annoying not having all together as don't know which is the first to watch and then it won't automatically play next episode!
any ideas why its doing this and how I can correct it?

So is mine. I have switched the box off & on and done a software update.

Ditto with mine and reboot doesn't resolve the situation.

Can now confirm that updating software and switching off and on does NOT resolve problem. Wonder if Sky can do something or advise???

Me too, makes my brain hurt trying to pece things together. Tried re-boot and update - nothing changes. Consequenty I've given up and cancelled future recordings £100 a month, its really not good enough Sky!

Mine is doing same , shows each episode as a seperate box, no visible photo just a blank thu.bnail have to click on each one to check episode number . Tried reboot is there any resolution tbanks

Well that makes 6 of us with the same problem. and no idea of solution. Will Sky be able to help us???

I have come back home and mine is now recording properly. I haven't done any resets. Perhaps sky monitor the chats and have rectified it ?

Just noticed a programme I had recorded on series link ( when it wasn't working) is still showing as no thumbnail picture and individually. I haven't done any cancelled series link and then started again. Fingers crossed. Is everyone else's working now?

I had the issues for about 9 days. I didn't do a reboot and today it's gone back to normal. Really strange.

How long has yours been like this? It's strange how mine has reverted to normal. Please post if you get any info and hope it gets resolved.
