Recordings not being made available to download to iPad/iPhone

I just tried to download a recording to my iPhone and it's not available to do so. Looking at the recordings on my box, the last recording that is available to download is from 21 Feb. I know that some recordings cannot be downloaded (like any BBC programme), and I know that once a recording completes the SkyQ Box needs some time to 'convert' the recording to make it downloadable.

Any idea why that process would suddenly stop and how to restart it again?

Do you have a current Multiroom subscription? I believe this is required to download to a device. If you do then have you tried deleting the app & reinstalling it?
Have you tried signing out then signing in again?

Yes I do have multiroom.

The issue is on my iPad and iPhone so different devices but I have deleted and reinstalled on both but the issue still persists - no recordings being made available to download since February. So I think it's something with the SkyQ Box rather than devices trying to download.
