Recordings in sign language

Anyone else having this issue? Anytime I download a series to watch it's only presented in this format, i.e a reduced viewing screen with the sign language person covering the right of the screen. Can't see any other options of download. Its like backwards discrimination.

Are you selecting the SL (sign language) download version in error ?

If you are recording this series then sometimes if they are shown at 1am/2am in the morning then these versions have sign language present.
