Recordings, catch up, on demand & cinema not working

I am unable to access any recordings or anything on demand. I have carried out all the recommended actions including reboot, factory reset & software update all to no avail.

Sounds like the box hard drive might be done for and need a box swap.

That diagnosis is absolutely spot on. I have spoken to Sky & I need a new box. Thank you for your reply.
