Recordings - can I save when I’m getting a new box?

I have a lot of recordings including movies that I've purchased. My Q box is faulty as I need to reboot most days. Is there any way I can retain my recordings if I get a new box?

@DB0410  You can't keep any recording when you're swapping ypur box, any purchased movies can be re-downloaded from Sky store onto the new box.

@DB0410

Recordings will be lost as they are stored on the hard drive of the box. You will be able to retrieve purchased films.

If Sky arrange a doorstep box swap remember to remove the viewing card from your current box.
