Recordings are freezing and skipping plus sometimes a Blue screen appears saying technical fault

Recordings freezing and skipping plus fast forward keeps on jumping back. Sometimes a blue screen appears saying technical fault with channel. 

Recordings stating part recording software issue. 

Sky very slow and unresponsive

@Jeff1234 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
