Recordings and downloads keep going to a blue screen

Hi, my Sky Q box has started acting up over past two weeks, now it's happening more often. When I play any recordings or even things that I've downloaded they will start to play and randomly the picture shows a blue screen, however the audio still plays. If i was or rewind it will continue how it will eventually show the blue screen. 

There is a message at the top stating there is a technical issue. Is my box knackered or is this some kind of fault? Had the Q 2tb for about 7 years now. Guesing i may have to phone and have it replaced.

I think you can do that online but you'll probably have to go through the guided troubleshooter first, maybe including doing a full factory reset.

Does the full reseterase recordings? Does that sound like a rubbed box to you?

I've gone through it and booked and engineer. Gutted at loosing all downloads and recordings though. Some films and shows going back 7 years.. shame they can't be backed up.
