Recontracted but says I need to upgrade subscription

My tv package was cancelled and due to go today but I contacted Sky to resign up, which I did but it's not come back and it's been over four hours since I recontracted with Sky?

First, log into your account, if it's still active it should provide helpful information as to your current position regards Sky
