Recieved an email about not returning my multi room box when i did 3 weeks ago

I posted my Sky Q multi room box off at the beginning of December, received an email a short while later saying it was on its way back.

Now I have received a text and email saying I need to send it off or get charged £52.

I kept my proof of purchase from the Post Office - What do I need to do to prove it?

I will escalate your post to Sky in about 10 minutes and the Messaging Team may contact you tomorrow.

Look out for a blue/red speech bubble at the bottom of your forum page. You’ll have 48 hours to click on it and start the private chat or it will close automatically. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. Replies from Sky aren’t instant so you’ll need to check the chat thread fairly regularly.

This link explains the process.
