Rebooted sky Q box and says hard drive damaged and recordings service not available

When picking recordings message comes up that service is not available.

 

rebooted the box and message says hard drive is damaged.

 

also in the mini boxes to the sky Q system the tv listings are not loading.

@Keith1963 if you are getting hard drive errors follow the link below it will eventually lead you to where you can order a new box
