I have no idea but my advice is keep an eye on the 'What's on' group where there is always a discussion raised of the upcoming changes for each month - although sometimes it can be updated only a few days before any changes
As you have posted in SKY Q I would say I would be very surprised of any new channels launching due to Satellite transmission costs - we tend to see channels closing or moving to online/streaming only
