Re: When I try to download a film it takes forever to download

I have the same problem when downloading films. I've done a Speedtest and it says I've got 500 Mbps and 60 upload and everything else connected to the broadband works fine just not my sky Q box. Also when using apps further sky boxsuch as discovery+ Amazon Prime it takes a long time to load and I end up using my fire stick because it's just so much faster.

Did you do the Speedtest on the Q Box (it's within the Netflix App)?

As I do not have problems downloading to my Sky Q devices, I thought I would provide the results that my Sky Q devices achieved using the Netflix App test.

I have 300 /50 Broadband and connect my Sky Q devices via Ethernet.

Thus, the Netflix App test provided a 284.85 Mbps result from my main Sky Q receiver and 41 Mbps from my Sky Q mini.

Godfrey.
