Hi. My tv sceeen sticks, then catches up. But th n the screen says "waiting to load your programme" then it says technical issue. I've switched the box off at the mains and the problem still continues. Is it my router that needs replacing

You are not talking to Sky here as we are customers like you so thye topic where you had posted was a question another member had about Sky Mobile so do you have Sky Q ?
