I have had the same issue with last night's NCIS LA in UHD it just keeps day download fauled on my Q box other stuff are downloading I have even been able to download today's Blue Bloods but NCIS LA still won't download the current episode so I have just set tonight's repeat so will have to watch it in HD instead. Please note i even tried a box software update and reboot and both didn't work the problem is still there.
