Ok, I've flagged it to Sky. Look out for a blue/red chat bubble here later today. Replies from Sky may not be instant, so come back from time to time for an update.

I have sent it recorded tried speaking to someone but in typical sky fashion it's a 30min wait absolute joke

@Jenson20071 you don't need to return Sky+ equipment (where you've posted) I assume you mean Sky Q. When did you return it and do you have proof of posting?
