Re: No tv signal

An engineer has disconnected my sky q box and as I am upgrading to sky stream. I am no longer receceiving a tv signal including terrestrial tv!

You'd added to an old thread on the Sky+ board so I've moved it as it's not Sky+ related. 

Why did an engineer attend? Engineers do not attend for transition from Sky Q to Stream.
