Re-starting my Q box I get the message "You will be ready to go in a couple of minutes..."

That was about 15 minutes ago, nothing is happening.

Can someone help please?

If that happened to me, @Stephen3, I'd unplug it and try again.

If that didn't work, I'd do a reset (hold in the standby button as you power on until it flashes red/yellow and let it do its thing).

And if that didn't work, I'd call Sky.
