Random shut off of sky q box

Started at the end of last year, finally got hold of someone at sky who ordered me a replacement box.

however, last couple of months the same thing is happening again. Random shut offs and the sky q box goes into reset mode, or essentially the fans whir for ages and nothing happens

i have to turn it off and back on again for it to force a reset to do anything.

affects the connection to the mini box too, can be watching something and then all

of a sudden it stops working.

need a long term fix asap
