REPLACEMENT SKY Q BOX as it was stolen

I have been on a roundabout for over an hour being told Do not understand STOLEN. Next SKY Q BOX Stolen need replacement - Do not understand, that all I am getting around and around and around.

Sky phoned ME last September and told could have extra box, maybe I should have taken up the offer, but found out my contract was for £63 and paying £82.50, using items not on my contract over paying £195,50 so far. Email in December as agents had not returned my call as promised. February wrote to three to officials in Sky UK, but no reply.

Hi @NEED1SKYQBOX   I assume that you are talking navigating the phone system. Try saying nothing. Note you may be charged £117 - £135 for the replacement plus admin fee. Stolen means claim on your insurance, if it is worth breaking your no claims bonus.

@NEED1SKYQBOX

Navigating replacement of a stolen box is going to be complicated enough: I'd strongly suggest not confusing the issue further with simultaneous contract renegotiations.

If you're explaining it on the phone as clearly as that first post, I'm not surprised they're confused.

A standard box replacement process won't work by the way because your viewing card is also gone. You need to get both replaced and Sky need to deactivate both stolen items - god knows why some idiot would steal one of these since they're useless once de-authorised so no one with half a clue is going to buy it from them.

and the second box would have done you no good in this scenario since it can't operate without the main one and wouldn't the thieves have nabbed both anyway?
