Qbox blue light pulsing, red light on, will not respond to remote, tv says no signal

Qbox blue light pulsing, red light on, will not respond to remote and to says no signal.  Have tested remote, switched box off and on, disconnected from wall, but reverts to this situation.  Broadband and telephone are fine
