Q mini box is connected and working for apps but I can't get any TV channels

My Sy Q mini-box is connected to the internet and the main Sky Q box. I can get apps but all the channels say I'm not registered to view them. I've tried all the suggested reboots without success

@terry444 You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet

Hi thanks for the advice. I tried everything that you guys recommended and also later on spent 55 minutes on the phone with an expert from Sky. We even tried to update the software on the Sky Q box and mini-box but the problem remained. We've now booked a visit from a Sky engineer. I suspect it may be a problem with the software on the Sky mini-box as that update failed (the main Sky Q box was updated successfully) Thanks again for trying to help
