Q box says connect to rooter byt no wifi .Ive got new box ,buy now cannot connect card

My Q box stopped working. Cannot connect to WiFi. So I got new box sent out. I've installed box but now I cannot connect to match up card .So only have a few channels. Message reads box connected to rooter but no WiFi. I have other devices on my home WiFi connected and working
