There is nothing really to sort out.
It's common practice for the broadcaster to provide the most recent broadcast of a programme for on demand download, and certain programmes have their signed version shown later, often during the night. This may be the version that Sky Q downloads.
To sort out the issue you perhaps need to change your viewing mindset and start getting used to the alternative methods of getting the content you want to watch.
Broadcasters want you to search for their own content on their own apps and stream it directly. They don't want customers recording or downloading programmes any more. This is why Sky+ and soon Sky Q are being phased out in favour of streaming. It's a long, slow process and will take several more years before it's considered the norm but you can make the switch now.
Our household has been streaming all our TV for nearly 2 years now. We simply search for the programmes we want to watch and stream them immediately. No recordings to set, nothing to worry about deleting, and the choice of whether to have in-vision signing or not.
It's worth giving it a go. If you already have broadband (which I assume you do in order to download these signed programmes) then try searching and streaming the programmes you want to watch directly. You might be pleasantly surprised.
