My Q box keeps losing connection to the internet. I've reset it a number of times over the last 24 hours but within a short time of reconnecting I get the message that there's no connection

Who is your broadband supplier and what are you doing to reconnect your Q box?

B4RN and using BT home mesh. I have turned the router off, turned the sky box off and followed the onscreen instructions 5 times over the last 24 hours. The box does connect to the internet but loses the connection shortly thereafter.

Hi @AngryMarty
Assume you are using WiFi to connect your Q box.
Are you trying to connect to your B4RN router or your BT mesh network?
Do you have a BT mesh node near your Q box?

Via the mesh system. The master hub is approx 8 metres from the TV and Sky box but in the same room

I have a BT Mesh system.
I have had connectivity problems for years.
Every so often, the disconnections get more frequent - As started a few days ago - I'm having to reset all the time at the moment.
No other kit in the house disconnects - just the SkyQ boxes...
Obviously not a SkyQ problem then ???, must be MY system ??? !
(Would seem so from the on-screen messages telling me it's MY internet that's at fault !)

The mesh system seems to be the problem for me too. Have disconnected it and Sky now working properly. Weak signal in some parts of house. Anyone suggest any boosters that work well?

Prior to last week... I had SkyQ working off the BT Mesh system for about a month without disconnecting...
I use the white circles that BT supplied - I have four of them in an unusual house configuration (I have a small coutyard in the middle I have to work around)
This last week, Sky has disconnected at least every day (Sometimes more than once / day)
