Q box not connecting to broadband

Ok so I have one sky q box in the same room as the main router. I then have one sky booster in the kitchen and one sky booster upstairs. 

WiFi is working.

sky Q box however is not connected to WiFi for some reason as of yesterday. 

I've tried

- reconnecting via settings and pressing WPS button on the router 

- turning Sky Q box off. 

- turning router off

I was asking if you have Sky broadband. Clearly you do then.

You're doing a full network reset on the Q system settings when you press the WPS button on the router?
