Q box freezes and makes fan noise

my SkyQ box keeps freezing and makes a loud fan noise. Can anyone help

Might be on its way out. Does it have enough room to stay cool?

Mine does the same, got a replacement box and it does the same again. Sits in the same place as all my other sky boxes, plenty of free space for air movement. Starting to do my head in and seriously thinking about getting rid of sky
