Q Box has stopped recording BBC programmes and stopped allowing me to pause live tv

My Q box has not recorded any BBC programmes since Monday 27th March and also stopped me from pausing live TV. It is recording from otherTV channels

Have you tried rebooting the Sky Q box which fixes a lot of little glitches? Come back to us if you don't know how to.
