Putting subtitles on for Sky q is baffling

I press the? Key on the Sky q remote. If subtitles says Off there seems to be no button to move it to On. Am I missing something? Also the voice control thing only works occasionally.

First thing to be aware of @John+McD+347   Is that Subtitles are not always available particularly with On Demand content.

When you select Subtitles by using the ? Button first you have to scroll righ past the AD box to the Subtitle box.

Then (as it says in the box) you need to press Select.

This then brings up to select Off or English

This doesn't work. There is a tick box against English. You move up and Off is ticked. But there seems to be no way of altering that to On.

It works.

You don't alter the Off

What you do is select English to turn subtitles on.

Are subtitles available?

You can only switch them on if they in the content you are watching.

There is also a global setting on Q that will put Subtitles on wherever available.

Go to the Home menu.

'Scroll down and select Settings then Accessibility.

There is a setting for Subtitles.

You switch them on and off from here.
