Programmes on Apps and sky have very slow download speed

Programmes on Sky and Apps that need to be downloaded have very slow download speeds. I also get the programme pausing with the moving circle. I have download speeds from my router of around 76Mbps. I do not get the problems when I use Iphone, or computer.

Just to confirm App content is streamed and not downloaded.

If you have Netflix on your Q box you can check the Broadband Speed that you Q box is receiving.

Open Netlix on your Q box and go to the left hand menu.

Select Get help near the bottom of the menu.

On the next screen there is an option to Check your network.  Try this

I mean't streaming, sorry. My download speed with Netflix is 49.3 so I don't understand my problem with the slow streaming. I'll keep it under review and check my router speeds with speedtest when it happens.
