Problems with hard drive on sky a box. This is a new box as our old one stopped working due to hardr
Sky Q box message to say hard drive not working we turned it off and then back on again several times. Also programmes that are pre set for eg emerdal say the recoding isn't available and I can't watch it from what on this week either.

Chances are the HD is dead and you have lost all recordings and the box won't operate.

(You'll probably need a new box)
