Problems with Settings. and Sky Q.We have a projector.very recently, when we turned on the projector

We have a projector.

Yesterday when we turned on Sky we were met with a message that said"Accessibility on Sky Q.

Make it easy to find and watch the shows you love.

New today, you can magnify your screen in the tv guide.

High Contrast makes text easier to read.

Highlighted programmes make it quicker to see where Subtitles or Audio description are available in the tv guide.

Voice control:lets you turn on features including Subtitles and Audio Description with your Sky Q voice remote.

Go to Settings Accessibility to switch on these settings at any time.

Settings Skip and set up

later."

Wepressrd "Settings" and nothing happened.

Can anyone help us please.

We believe the following may get you round this

 

Press & hold 4 & 6 together to reset the remote to IR only and then see if you can dismiss the message (you must make sure your remote can 'see' the box at ths point)

 

If you can afterwwards press & hold 1 & 3 to re-pair the remote
