Problems voice sync Sky Sports main event UHD

Yep Audio sync is a mile out on sky f1 UHD.

Yeah mate awful on F1 uhd again today. 

The cricket on main event uhd today though is spot on but it was

(removed)

last night on both main event and cricket channel in uhd. That just makes it more

(removed)

maddening though to be honest. 

Anyone got any ideas on who to write to to embarrass them to get it right 100% of the time??

Unfortunately not mate. It's how it's being broadcast. All I can say is the more people that complain the more chance we've all got of it being sorted 👍👍

Noticed problem for first time ever yesterday for F1 Practice 1. Also Practice 3 this morning!

Got the same audio sync issues with Sky F1 yesterday and today.

Given how much we pay for this, it's not really acceptable to not have it fixed.

Complain via phone , I have had a few £10 credits while they:

1. sent new card, made no difference 

2. sent new box, made no difference

3. Sent audio specialist who acknowledged problem and confirmed no way to fix via audio sync and said it is being referred to a high tech department 

waiting onthat now

I have had audio sync issues on Sky F1 UHD since subscribing in July. The picture is around 0.5 second to 1 second behind the sound.

This is on an LG OLEDC3 TV

SKY Q 2TB box

Sony TA-AN1000 AMP

I've read it's very difficult to link the sound and the picture when watching in hdr but surely they've had enough time now to perfect it??  Who monitors what's being broadcast is something I'd love to know because on some days I think it could be Stevie Wonder it's that bad.

I have also had the lip sync issues since subscribing to Sky Q in June. All Sky sports UHD channels are effected the worst, 0.5 -1 sec delay. Other downloaded UHD content (eg House of the Dragon) there is a very slight delay until fast forwarding and then there is a bigger delay. If you stop playing and then start again the delay disappears. All HD channels are OK.

-Date & Time of the last time you experienced the issue: All the time, every UHD sports channel.

-TV Make & Model: Samsung QE55S95D 55" 4K UHD OLED TV

-Are you using TV Speakers or a sound system: I have tried both. The same on both.

-If you are using a sound system, what is it's make & model: Samsung HW-Q930C Soundbar/Sub/Rears connected with HDMI cable.

-Go to Settings > Setup > Audio Visual > What is your audio output setting set as: Dolby Digital Plus

-If your audio output setting is set to some form of dolby, does this resolve if you change it to "Normal" does this resolve the lip sync issue: No
