A engineer fitted a new sky q box yesterday the new multi room mini box works fine but the two existing mini boxes won't connect shows a error code MR104

@emmie+garvey Have you tried rebooting your main Q box

ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then

reboot each mini box
