Problem with my sky Q box. I have to disconnect and reconnect to start it again. Seems rather random

Sky Q box suddenly started to malfunction. Goes on to standby mode. To restart I have had to disconnect it from power source and reconnect. Appears to happen at random

Had a new sky Q box delivered. Still the same problem!!!!!!
