Prime video not working on Sky Q box

Amazon Prime is not working on my Sky Q box on my Sony TV.  .  It loads but as soon as I try to play something, an error message appears:  'something went wrong'.  I have tried absolutely everything suggested.  Disconnecting and reconnecting the Sky box, , unplugging my router and re-installing.  Clearing all apps cache and data.   Updating all apps and software on my TV.   Uninstalling Prime and re-installing.  I've spoken to Amazon for 3 1/2 hours and they then said they would escalate it to their tech people.  This was about 6 weeks ago and I have heard nothing back from Amazon.  I still cannot watch Prime via my Sky Q box  on my Sony TV.   Please help.  I’m out of ideas!!!!   Still paying for Amazon Prime!!!

Hi Laing1, I tried what you suggested, I.e., the Engineers 'Refresh all Apps' and even waited 24 hours just to be sure, however, this has not worked either.  As an addition, Sky have given me Paramount+ for free on my package, and this does not work either!!!  It loads up, just like Amazon Prime, but as soon as I press play, it comes up with an error message with a code 3304.  So I now have 2 platforms, with Sky, neither of them work ........ end of tether ...... any suggestions or help would be much appreiciated, other than all the ones I've already tried, or, better still, a Sky engineer to come out and fix it all.

Use the Prime Video app on your TV, or if it doesn't have it, get a Firestick from Amazon - they're quite cheap and allow you to download lots of different apps to use on your TV.

@Sammigirl13 ou say you have updated all apps and software on your TV but have  refreshed the apps in the engineers menu on your Q box ?

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh

I can use the Prime Video app on my TV, but it would be simpler if it was linked to the Sky Q box, as I wouldn't have to keep switching between remotes etc., and different set ups.
