I cant view live Primevideo on my minibox although its ok on the Q box. diagnostics says the minibox is not connecting to the internet. I have tried resetting the network connection but the message says that its not connecting

rebooting has not worked and refreshing the apps with the Sky tech expert didnt either. i tried the PrimeVideo app on the smart TV without using the minibox and had the same problem - films OK but no live access?

The same situation still exists but as in my last reply , Ive found that the PrimeVideo not only fails to show live TV though the minibox, but also when I switch the TV to SMART mode and play Primevideo?
