Discussion topic: Previous channel pic in pic no longer

Prior to having a replacement skyq box, when I clicked the right button on the remote, it showed the previous channel across the bottom and live.

you could then determine when to switch back over.

for whatever reason, it doesn't do it any more?

Any ideas?
