The commentary does seem low level.

The contact for this is to  Viewer Relations : viewerR@Sky.uk although this is unlikely to be picked up during the match

Unfortunately switching to the DD only feed does not seem much better

I agree it's terrible. I thought I was going deaf, but others hear the same as me. I've tried switching audio modes and it really makes no difference, you only realise how loud  the crowd/stadium noise is when you switch it off, the sudden silence is remarkable 😂

clear voice mode on my LG tv sound settings helps a bit, but it makes everything sound "thin" so or ideal
