We keep losing our picture on sky due to trees outside, I still have 3 month left on my existing 18 month contract, could I change to sky stream without effecting my bill

You'd need to speak to Sky to see the cost implications. Your post from yesterday (post 14) seems to have answered your own question however you're now a couple of months closer to your discounts ending.
