Poor satelite signal in front of house due to tall trees ,cant cut trees as its owned by goverment n

Poor signal and interference with picture every couple 30 to 60 seconds due to tall trees at front of house ,can't cut trees as it's owned by government and I had a email confirming that of the council so satellite dish needs to be moved to back of house as a lot of people have done in my street

Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other.

you will need to contact Sky to move your dish they may also charge a fee for doing this which is £65.00 but they don't always charge

You can contact Sky by phone by dialling 150 if Sky is your phone provider or by following the link below

scroll down to need more help click on this and you will find a phone number. If you are in ROI please change the flag at the bottom right to the ROI flag

@Asmer1

You'll have to call Sky or a local satellite installation company and get a quote provided the dish could still 'see' the satellite. Sky would charge about £65.,
