When watching terrestrial channels via Sky Q box the audio stutters over my Sony Surround sound system. When watching Netflix or Prime via the TV remote dedicated buttons (Netflix and Prime buttons), the sound is perfect. I have been advised by TV engineers, that the problem probably indicates that my SKY Q box is failing.
