Poor Sky customer service
Why is it, anytime you want to report a problem to Sky, their website NEVER allows contact, their website NEVER even ASKS the question to the problem let alone answer it. It's as if they think they have thought of everything that could possibly go wrong - BUT THEY HAVEN'T...

Re: Poor Sky customer service
@Galrik31It is always best to phone, I rarely need to but have twice recently in both cases the call was answered in less time than the recording said (5 minutes) they were very polite and helpful. With the second call because of the order not being completed could not do anything but understood the problem but promised to phone back Monday at about 1300, as he was not in over the weekend.
Only time will tell if he will phone back, I will post tomorrow late afternoon to say if he did/didn't phone.

Re: Poor Sky customer service
They can be polite but also can be obtuse Snd disingenuous. The need to use ok snd all right in responses is irritating as we don't call if things are ok or all right - even this portal is ridiculous as it is using customer knowledge to support and subsidise Sky customer services! I find it a regular irritant

But no one is forcing you to view or post on a customer forum you find so irritating.
