Please can someone help as I'm not technical at all and just going round in circles!!
I've connected a Cat 8 ethernet cable from my Sky router upto my mini box on the 2nd floor due to connectivity issues.
The main box is connected to the router also via the yellow cable.
Yesterday I tried to do a reset on both boxes and turned off the two WiFi bands on both boxes also but I am still having connectivity issues so think I've gone wrong somewhere and it's still using WiFi.
Can anyone please help with a detailed step by step explanation on how to enable the wired connectivity please, and is there a way to tell it's connected via Ethernet other than the connectivity issues, as I only have problems during the evenings with the mini box.
