Please leave me alone as i have returned the box

I returned my sky Q mini box as requested via skys packaging nd the post office, but i keep getting  messages to return or I will get a charge, I'm nit sure what ti do, as I can't speak to anyone at sky, it's almost like the service us run by bots

Afraid you are not contacting Sky directly here as this is a customer forum.
If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

If you have kept your proof of posting let us know in this thread and we can maybe get you some help from the Escalation Team. If you haven’t retained it any cancellation of non return fees would be at Skys discretion. We understand returns are taking about 2 weeks to be processed and even then Unipart are not the quickest in updating Sky equipment has been received.
