Since I renew my contract    have been  charged  with Netflix  and Sky

@Sunshine26  As customers we can't sort anything out for you.

 

Howeveer if you get netflix through Sky have you linled your account to stop netlficx charging you, and are you using the same email or a different one?  https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you had Ultimate TV but changed to Signature (possibly to reduce the Sky subscription) then any previously existing billing through Netflix would start up again.
